The first quarter numbers just came out and it seems that at least some of our predictions are coming to fruition. The tightening inventory has caused some slowing in the market with lower sales volumes in the residential & vacant land sectors. Condo’s are still leading the charge with Median prices and sales volumes both up around 10%. Inventory levels are at the lowest we have seen them in recent memory with homes and condos hovering at right around 5 months of supply. Buyer demand remains high and well priced properties are moving quickly.
